Common Conditions
Anxiety Disorders
Most people experience a certain amount of anxiety and fear in their lifetimes. However, for some anxieties and

According to the Anxiety Disorders Association of America, "Experts believe that anxiety disorders are caused by
a combination of biological and environmental factors, much like physical disorders such as heart disease or diabetes.
Anxiety disorders are real, serious and treatable."
Anxiety can take on many forms: panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and
phobias.

working and replace them with patterns that do work.
Brenda has lots of experience working with couples. During the course of therapy, she will see both of you
together and sometimes each person individually to work through the issues.
